ThermNeck & Upper Back is a cordless, wearable massager for everyday neck and upper back tension. It combines dual Theragun percussion, kneading massage, far-infrared heat and near-infrared LED light, so you can unwind hands-free after desk work, screen time or a long day.

How to use
- Wrap the adjustable strap around your back, clip it into one buckle, place the device around your neck and clip the other end into the second buckle.
- Press the power button and choose speed, pattern and heat. The preset treatment runs for 20 minutes, and percussion works best in 2–5 minute sessions. The Therabody app adds more routines and controls.
- Hold the loops down and forward for steady contact, and adjust the straps to change pressure and placement. Use it seated, standing or reclined.
